Registration Information

PRE-REGISTRATION (by mail)

Pre-registration is only for returning FDA students who wish to enroll in any number of their recommended classes before August 1st.  You may not pre-register for any classes that have not been recommended, any changes you would like to make to your schedule must be done in person at FDA during the registration times below.

To pre-register: After receiving your brochure and highlighted schedule print the registration form HERE and mail with payment to the studio.

REGISTRATION (at the studio)

New students and returning students who are unable to pre-register by mail, may register in person with a FDA staff member during one of the dates below.  Registration forms and class schedules will be available for you at FDA and class placement will be assigned at that time.

August 18th (5-7pm) Late Registration (All Students)

Returning Students $20.00
